14 Days to Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return policy for unused products. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. To start a return, email us at baragoods.nh@gmail.com

Damages

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email baragoods.nh@gmail.com with a photo of product within 48 hours of receipt to resolve the issue. This does not include slight imperfections that are characteristic of handmade items. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements after this 48 hour window.

Product Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our goods, there may be slight imperfections or color variations from one product to the next. These unique differences should not be considered flaws, but an essential part of your hand-crafted item. Please note that colors may also vary slightly from those seen on your screen.
